However, with the latest tsunami news stories, he's thinking maybe it's good to live up a hill.Kayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07461569436322815787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7568258025320906795.post-72281264481820534802012-03-16T17:33:00.637-04:002012-03-16T17:33:00.637-04:00Unfortunately, Hawaii is not a place I have visite...Unfortunately, Hawaii is not a place I have visited but it is on my bucket list. The Travel Channel rates their beaches very high on their tops lists. Some day my ship will come in. Until then, I visit the Caribbean--closer and cheaper.R. According to my brother, “it’s like a slice of heaven there.” It became one of his most adored places since then.Donna Parsleyhttp://www.aqua-gulf.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7568258025320906795.post-61372413256926424872012-03-10T12:14:40.573-05:002012-03-10T12:14:40.573-05:00I love the sea too R.J. We have sun, but not so hot and intense as over there. I love the smell of the sea and the feel of the 'cold' sand neath my feet.
Thank you for your comment on my Blog re Dylan. :)Stella Joneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06699491230987143490noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7568258025320906795.post-51818869931942137342012-03-09T12:26:25.238-05:002012-03-09T12:26:25.238-05:00Beautiful pictures. I grew up across the street from a beach and I hate to be far from the shore, or at least a body of water. i live near a river now and it's nice but it's not the same as having the salt air hit your nose or the gulls overhead. I've flown to beaches too and I wish I could just walk :)Marie Cloutierhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14938166831865436287noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7568258025320906795.post-64689343771134278632012-03-08T00:18:20.086-05:002012-03-08T00:18:20.086-05:00I like beaches as long as I'm not the one havi...I like beaches as long as I'm not the one having to clean up the sand everywhere. My grandmother loved the ocean, and it's difficult to be at the beach in the sunshine without feeling her presence.Whitney Leehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07766231420593480962noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7568258025320906795.post-25592449561070443822012-03-07T18:39:21.534-05:002012-03-07T18:39:21.534-05:00Oahu has pretty beaches, but they tend to be crowd...Oahu has pretty beaches, but they tend to be crowded, not deserted. When I was younger, I would go to the beach every weekend and got very tanned that way. I still love the beach, but rarely go there anymore.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7568258025320906795.post-59336663409919344792012-03-07T17:48:41.558-05:002012-03-07T17:48:41.558-05:00For many years of my earlier life, I lived in Puer...For many years of my earlier life, I lived in Puerto Rico, never very far from the ocean. I used to walk there year round with my little son, and we would play in the surf. I can still recall how restful and beautiful it was.

Where I live now, in the Pacific Northwest, the beaches are rocky and it's never warm and tropical. But the beauty and magic of the ocean still captures my heart. I love beaches, too.DJanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07152183871573797791noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7568258025320906795.post-50165169821130355382012-03-07T17:43:20.833-05:002012-03-07T17:43:20.833-05:00I agree with you 100%!!!!!I agree with you 100%!!!!!nannyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12627958113283042574noreply@blogger.com
